Information we collect

To provide Bazi services, process orders, deliver files and arrange shipping, we may collect your name, date and time of birth, place of birth, telephone or WhatsApp number, email, questions, shipping address and wrist size. Stripe processes payments; this website does not store complete card details.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent. It helps us understand anonymous visitor counts, approximate country or city, device type, traffic source and limited website interactions. Names, contact details, birth data, payment data, order numbers and secure-link tokens are not sent to Google.

Use and protection

Information is used only to provide an ordered service, communicate, deliver files or products, support customers, maintain required accounting records and prevent misuse. Personal data is stored in a permission-controlled private database.

Retention

Order and accounting records are retained as required by applicable law. Birth details and deliverables are kept only for a reasonable period after completion. We recommend reviewing and deleting birth details within 24 months unless the customer requests retention for an annual service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing bazimastertseng@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that the law requires us to keep.
